For water-plant owners and jar distributors in India
Every jar and every rupee, accounted for.
Pyaau runs the day of a water-jar business: drivers swipe each stop delivered or skipped and count the empties, and you see who owes what, tonight, not at month-end.

Why a register stops working
Where a register or a spreadsheet stops telling you what you need
Each works at some size. As customers, routes and drivers grow, these are the questions they stop answering.
| Paper register | Spreadsheet | Pyaau | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who owes me what, right now | Add up pages by hand | If someone keeps typing it in | Balance on every customer |
| Empties counted at the door | Often written at day end | Another column to maintain | Counted on every stop |
| A short delivery shows up | When you spot the page | If you compare two sheets | Flagged on the stop (−1 / +2) |
| Driver records on the spot | On paper, then copied | Only if the driver can edit it | On the driver’s phone |
| Month-end invoice | Rebuilt from pages | Formulas you maintain | Raised from reconciled days |
Follow the jar
Every jar goes out, every jar should come back, every rupee should be written down
Pyaau records both loops, the jars and the money, at the stop where they actually move.
Illustration of the flow. Not real data.
One day with Pyaau
From route to ledger, without a notebook
Set up once
Customers, routes and standing orders: daily, alternate days or weekly, each with its own price. Choose whether each customer pays daily or monthly.
Route built for each driver
Every night the day’s stops are prepared for each driver.
Driver delivers and counts
Swipe delivered or skipped, set jars delivered and empties taken back, note extras. Short or extra shows on the stop.
Office closes the day
See delivered, skipped, empties and bottle balance. Raise invoices from reconciled days, record payments, see what is owed.
What you get today
Built for how jar businesses actually run
Credit-first customer ledger
A delivery adds to what the customer owes; money is recorded when it is handed over. Collect payment from the ledger.
Illustrative, not real figures
Empties, jars held and bottle balance
Empties are counted on every stop, with a running bottle balance for each run and a jar count for every customer. A warning shows when the empties entered are more than they hold.
Short and extra deliveries
Differences show on the stop (−1 / +2) and in a report by customer or route, with the stops behind every row.
Standing orders and extras
Regular, extra on top or temporary orders, each with its own price. Handle “one more jar today” and plant pickups, with a price-changed flag for you.
Invoices that read like a bill
Invoices from reconciled days, one row per product and rate with the days below, a company customer’s vendor code, and price changes after issue with a record. Payments go to the oldest invoice first, and any invoice can be shared as a PDF.
Pay daily or pay monthly
Choose it for each customer. Daily payers are not invoiced and keep their own ledger. Every customer has one timeline of deliveries and payments, and starts with what they already owe and the jars they hold.
Business summary and exports
See sales, collected, billed and owed for any period up to 92 days, with top customers and products, and export customers, invoices, payments, deliveries and dues as CSV files.
Events: one-time bulk orders
Book a wedding or function for a customer with products, agreed prices and one or more drops. Take an advance if you want, change or cancel before anything is delivered, see the drops on the driver’s route, and settle one final bill.
A better day for drivers
One stop at a time with a Payment button, skip the rest of a run in one go with undo, and have each stop read out loud.
Hindi for your drivers
The app runs in Hindi, so drivers work in the language they read fastest.
